This special seed is derived from nature and embues with it a bit of nature magic. Allowing a plume to grow plants over their body

USE

This allows one of the following plant growths to form on a Plumerian. Up to 20% of their body may be covered with one seed. Each seed counts as one mutation and only 3 maximum can be used excluding all other mutations. They cannot be mixed with other mutations without special items.

USE

Gives any single Plumerian vampire chii. This chii appears as eclipse like rings with 3-4 batwings and batwings accented on the eyes made of chii. Other areas of chii may also be affected. Such as on the back of a Dracokai, paw and tail chii if present.

USE

Gives any single Plumerian Fantasia chii. This chii appears as a single star of light to guide them, and star like whiskers of 3-4 on their cheeks, and large streamer like chii strands that flow in the air around them.
