BIO

This shard when it comes into contact with a Plumerian's chii will cause their chii to shift. This one, created from Fantasia and chii will reflect the fantasy and whimsy of dreams

USE

Gives any single Plumerian Fantasia chii. This chii appears as a single star of light to guide them, and star like whiskers of 3-4 on their cheeks, and large streamer like chii strands that flow in the air around them. Other areas of chii may also be affected. Such as on the back of a Dracokai, paw and tail chii if present.
