This shard when it comes into contact with a Plumerian's chii will cause their chii to shift. This one, created from Nova and chii will reflect the stars and the heavens above.
USE
Gives any single Plumerian Celestial Chii. This chii appears radiant with floating constellations, stars, moons and suns. Other areas of chii may also be affected. Such as on the back of a Dracokai, paw and tail chii if present.
