Having no hair is considered restricted for Sucats, generally they will always have at least some hair. Sucats can shave their hair down fully to appear to have no hair but never growing hair is not generally seen in Sucats.

Hair length is measured by what is naturally the longest the hair can grow. Sucat hair can always be cut, shaved or chopped shorter or styled at different lengths shorter than the max hair length.
