This forms a mammal style aquatic tail (Shark, Dolphin or Whale) on a plume at the length their tail is currently. The tail must be smooth and solid.

This trait grants string/yarn type tails to plumes! Can be any kind of string or yarn at the length their tail would normally be. Attached with any kind of paperclip or pin. Must be cured with a very serious cure.
