Traits

This forms a Stingray tail on a plume at the length their tail is currently (If they have multi tail it will also be multi). The tail must be solid and smooth (No fur). This will also form manta/stingray like fins from the plume's back Medium/Large in size. Both the tail and fins must be solid and smooth.
Obtained only through use of the Aqua Potion used during May or with use of an Essense of the Ocean
