This is a cloak evolved from those who live rather deep in the ocean. Often the tips of the extra feathers will glow naturally. The extra spiky like feathers meant to intimidate other deep sea plumes from wanting to engage in fighting of any kind.

Extra Items Required! - For non Seacloaks you need to obtain Cloak scissors to apply this trait and it requires a Fusion Elixir to mix with other cloak styles (Extra long, tail coat etc)
