Scale Cuffs are required and the bare minimum for placement and scale amount for Dracokai. Dracokai scales allow them to absorb chii from nature and release chii to stay spiritually healthy.

Scale cuffs are Mandatory no matter the plume! All other scale platements assume that a Draco has these as well.
