This forms an Axolotle tail on a plume at the length their tail is currently (If they have multitail it will be multi too). The tail must be solid and smooth (No fur). This also forms Axolotle Gills on the jaw of plumes, rather than regular gills. And will replace the regular gills of any plume.
Obtained only through use of the Aqua Potion used during May or with use of an Essense of the Ocean
