An Enchanted beastly mutation that creates Dragon like traits on a Plumerian. These traits can allow any number of effects up to armored dragon wings and shoulders, armored dragon back and armored dragon tail (Same length as the tail would be normally)
Replaces Dracokai's main wings as well as Skycloak wings. For Dracokai they can be merged into one set of wings or split up into up to 4 pairs of wings
