A wand created by shady means found in the backalleys of Plumeria's pirate infested harbors. These wands seem suspiciously alive and grant magic to anyone who weilds them.

USE

For plumes without magic abilities it grants the ability to use magic when equipped. For those who have magic it automatically adds +1 magic stat boost. Only one can be equipped per plume at a time.
