Use

This item only needs to contact a Plumerian's fire and their element will change magically to adapt the liquid fire charge's effects. This fire charge will cause fire to stick like a molotov to any object it comes into contact with till it runs out of fuel to burn. Fire can have a drippy effect as it is moved and almost rain. The fire is difficult to control but burns much hotter and lasts longer. Increasing damage done by fire by 2
