Bio

This paint is created by Blank using special hyper absorbant glowing pigment that will add glowing patches and patterns to plumes. Only open the bottle and the markings will take to the plume how they wish it.

Use

This paint allows for patterns of the plume to glow or new glowing patterns to be added over top of their current look. All changes with this paint will glow! The change cannot be more than 1/3, for more of a change consider using more glow paints or other paints in combination! This does not change traits, chii colors, eye colors, or Star Form Kaima colors.
