Gives Plumerians an affinity to ice elemental powers and changes their main form to a snowflake angel form

Features | Angel snowflake forms are usually a tad lighter and will sparkle like freshly fallen snow. They are slightly cool to the touch. Tails become long and like 3 features with a holy ring made of any kind of metal. Each plume without wings will gain them. The wings are almost ice like in nature. Those with wings will have their wings changed to snowflake angel wings.
