Gives a special random mutation and is created by the three giving plumes to go show which plumes are the most generous in all of Plumeria.
USE
- Does not count in the (Max 3) mutation limit.
- Cannot be combined with other stick traits
- Limit of 3 bless traits can be added to a plume
- Traits rolled are random. Each stick can give 3 rolls before it breaks
