Matte Paint

This paint is created by Blank using special hyper absorbant pigment that will change the colors of a plume permanently. Only open the bottle and the markings will take to the plume how they wish it.
Use
This paint allows for the changing of markings and colors entirely. The change cannot be more than 1/3, for more of a change consider using more matte or other paints in combination! This does not change traits, chii colors, eye colors, glowing pattern or Star Form Kaima colors.
